Welcome to my page and thank you for visiting!
My name is Tea Gavran and I am a
registered and licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
in San Diego, California.
If you would've asked me six years ago what I wanted to do with my life, you can bet my answer never would have been to become a Registered Dietitian.
I used to be 35lbs. overweight, lacking self confidence and unhappy. Regardless of how I felt, I did nothing about it. I didn't wake up one day and decide that I was going to change and that was that. It was a process. It was a HUGE shift in mindset. I finally got tired of feeling so low and that's when I did something about it.
I joined a gym and started working out. I slowly did a little bit of research on nutrition and started changing my eating habits. Once, I saw my body start changing I absolutely loved it and decided to take my weight loss further, I started researching more and creating diet plans for myself and continuously working out. I loved the results I got from it and automatically knew I wanted to help others achieve their goals.
That's what led me to going for my degree in Nutrition and now helping others achieve their goals.
Now, I run my own business and got to make my dream come true with helping others achieve their goals!
Always remember, everyone starts somewhere. No goal is unattainable. It's a process. Have fun with it, do your best, and watch your dreams become a reality!
