Blueberry Protein Muffins
1/2 Cup Plain Oats
1/2 Cup Blueberries
2/3 Cup Egg Whites
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Makes 12 Muffins.
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Spread evenly in a 12-Cup Muffin Pan
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Brownie Batter Protein Pudding
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1 Tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/8 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Makes 1 Serving.
Place all dry ingredients in the bowl and mix together.
Pour Almond Milk in slowly and stir into the mix until smooth and creamy.
Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes for a thicker and creamier consistency.

Carbohydrates: 11g (6g fiber)
Note: You do not need to add in the chia seeds or cacao powder. However, both are very beneficial for your body. Raw cacao is very high in antioxidants and chia seeds are a great source of fiber which will help keep you satisfied longer.
